Liability Waiver

Considering that I wish to participate in the excursions organized by Venturaleza, I declare the following:

• I am aware that there is a possibility of experiencing some accident during the activity in which I will participate.
• I declare the intention to participate in this activity voluntarily and at my own risk.
• I release Venturaleza and all its members and associates from any loss or damage that I may suffer.
• I declare that I am free from the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and that I will not use any of these during the activity.
• I agree to follow and comply with the instructions given by the members of Venturaleza.
• I accept responsibility for covering any expenses incurred on my behalf or due to my actions and sufferings.

It is crucial that all your data be authentic and complete as they would be used to acquire your insurance in case Venturaleza is providing it during one of its activities. If they are not correct or complete, the insurance company may decide not to validate your coverage.
